When you send a booking inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, optional phone number, who the film is for, preferred dates, filming location, and anything you tell us about the recipe and its story.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your inquiry, plan your production, and manage your booking. We do not sell your information.
Where it is processed
Inquiries are received through our website host's form service (Netlify) and delivered to our email. Scheduling is handled by Calendly. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. We use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits and which buttons are used. It does not use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.
Payments
Payments are billed through Square or Venmo. We do not collect or store payment details on this website.
Footage and family stories
Footage of your family is used to make your film. We will not publish it, or share it in our own marketing, without your written permission.
